Abstract

The latex of Euphorbia seguieriana Neck, which grows wild near Shahgoli, Tabriz, is reasonably irritant and cocarcinogenic on mouse ear and on mice back skin assays, and from the irritant fraction parent diterpene ingenol has been isolated.
