Abstract
For pt.I see ibid., vol.12, p.1237 (1979). Spectral sidelight emission intensities of N2, CO and Xe electronic transitions in the 2000 to 9000 AA range are significantly perturbed (2 laser gas mixtures. The general behaviour and polarity of all the observed perturbations are explained in terms of current and electron density fluctuations and a single PVD (perturbed vibrational distribution) mechanism. Keywords
