Abstract
The results of rhytidectomy are often unsatisfactory. Therefore, there is a need for a secondary procedure to correct the deficiencies. We describe a new technique that is simple, highly effective, and is accompanied by only minimal morbidity. Furthermore, it suggests a restructuring of our thinking about surgery of the aging face. Keywords
