Abstract
Three patients with bilateral femoral dysgenesis are described, and the pathogenesis and clinical significance discussed. Af fected patients are often surprisingly agile, but surgery may be required for painful hips or to remove portions of poste riorly projecting femurs if these cause discomfort on sitting.Keywords
