Abstract
In a case of Dubin-Johnson Syndrome, 62% of the serum bilirubin was the direct-reacting type and 78% of the conjugated pigment was the monoglucuronide. Both dihydroxy and trihydroxy bile acids in the serum were within normal limits, and salicylate conjugation with glucuronic acid was not impaired.Keywords
