Abstract
Computer results show high efficiencies can be obtained for solar energy conversion with thin back‐surface field (BSF) cells. A large effect of the back‐surface reflectivity is also predicted for such thin cells. The quality of the back‐surface diffused layer is found to be an important parameter. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
