Abstract
In a single patient with severe essential acquired cold urticaria, the following drug regimes were assessed: diphenhydramine, cyproheptadine, hydroxyzine, terbutaline, cimetidine, hydroxyzine + cimetidine and hydroxyzine + terbutaline. Each regime showed favorable results, but a significant level of P = 0.01 was reached only for hydroxyzine + cimetidine in the suppression of erythema and the histamine H1 antagonists in the suppression of wealing. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
