Erfahrungsbericht über eine homologe Lebertransplantation

Abstract
Bei einem 30jährigen Mann mit einem nicht metastasierten, malignen Hepatom in beiden Leberlappen wurde eine Leberexstirpation mit nachfolgender homologer Lebertransplantation vorgenommen. Der Patient hat den chirurgischen Eingriff gut überstanden. Der postoperative Verlauf war zunächst im wesentlichen störungsfrei. Vier Wochen nach der Transplantation befand sich der Kranke, der bereits täglich mehrere Stunden das Bett verlassen konnte, aber noch isoliert gehalten wurde, im Stadium der Rekonvaleszenz. Eine nach der fünften postoperativen Woche notwendig gewordene Hepatico-Jejunostomie wurde ebenfalls gut überstanden. Hepatectomy for a non-metastasizing, malignant hepatoma and subsequent homologous liver transplantation were successfully performed in a 30-year-old man. The postoperative course has been essentially without complications. Four weeks after the operation the patient is convalescing well, although still confined to an isolation unit. Five weeks postoperatively the patient also survived from a hepatico-jejunostomy. El paciente ha pasado bien la intervención quirúrgica. El curso postoperatorio no tuvo al principio trastornos esenciales. A las cuatro semanas del trasplante se encontraba el enfermo en la fase de reconvalescencia, podía abandonar la cama durante algunas horas al día, pero aún continuó aislado. Igualmente resistió bien una hepatico-yeyunostomía, intervención que fue necesaria en la quinta semana del postoperatorio.
