Abstract
Anti-A serum from an immunized group B man was labelled separately with tritium, I131, and fluorescein. Of the 3, the last was specific, A cells fluorescing while B and O cells remained dark. After incubation, however, some of the B and O stromata showed the fluoresence phenomenon. Keywords
