Abstract
Idiopathic fibrosing mediastinitis is an uncommon disease. Its manifestation depends upon the organ or organs involved. In rare instances involvement of the pulmonary artery can produce hypertension and cor pulmonale.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
