Abstract
Photocatalytic fixation of CO2 into benzophenone has been achieved under λ > 400-nm light irradiation of a CO2-saturated DMF solution of colloidal CdS microcrystallites as photocatalysts, triethylamine as a sacrificial electron donor, and benzo phenone yielding benzilic acid with benzhydrol and benzopinacol. Keywords
