Abstract
The use of the operating microscope in 52 anterior cervical discectomies without fusion is presented. Long-term results were highly satisfactory, even in difficult cases with multiple-level disease, and complications from bone grafting were obviated. This approach for radicular, nonradicular, or myelopathic symptoms is highly recommended. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
