Abstract
The requirements of health can be stated simply. Those fortunate enough to be born free of significant congenital disease or disability will remain well if 3 basic needs are met: they must be adequately fed; they must be protected from a wide range of hazards in the environment; and they must not depart radically from the pattern of personal behavior under which man evolved, for example, by smoking, overeating or sedentary living.This publication has 29 references indexed in Scilit:
