Abstract
Metrizamide, given orally, has successfully demonstrated abnormality of the bowel in 4 infants with neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis. The radiologic appearance is described in detail. The implications of this new diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of necrotizing enterocolitis are discussed.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
