Abstract
A low-cost millimeter-wave transmitter architecture comprising a fixed-frequency Gunn oscillator feeding a vector modulator is presented. Multifunction signal processing in software is applied to a 60 GHz direct carrier modulation transmitter for the first time.Keywords
