Abstract
How do registered nurses' abilities change with additional education? This study assessed critical thinking skills, creative thinking ability, academic achievement, and clinical performances of RNs who entered and completed a baccalaureate nursing program. Findings can assist baccalaureate educators in developing innovative and responsive approaches to RN education.Keywords
