Abstract
VISUAL IMPAIRMENT broadly impacts the ability of people to function and to remain independent as they grow older.1,2 Impaired vision also severely affects quality of life,3 may be associated with depression,4 can affect a person's self-ranking of his or her health,5 and increases the need for community support.6Keywords
