Abstract
The gene coding for the liver/bone/kidney isozyme of alkaline phosphatase, ALPL, has been mapped to human chromosome 1 using a monoclonal antibody TRA-2-54/2J and electrophoretic analysis to distinguish between the human and rodent isozymes in human/rodent somatic cell hybrids.Keywords
