Abstract
Acetaldehyde and methylglyoxal were shown to be present in [bovine] liver bound to protein. They were isolated in the form of 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazones and osazones, respectively. The NMR spectrum of pure methylglyoxal was recorded.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
