The effect of dithiothreitol on the LW antigen

Abstract
Dithiothreitol (DTT) has been found to destroy the integrity of the LW antigen. This may pose a problem when DTT is used to differentiate IgM from IgG anti-LW, or may be used as an aid in the identification of anti-LW.Keywords
