Abstract
A suitable method for the deter-mination of micro-Kjeldahl N with Se as the catalyst, which is comparable to the macro-method, is described in detail. The modified procedure can be used satisfactorily for the determination of N of difficultly digested samples, such as lipoprotein fractions, by the use of sufficient H2SO4 to complete digestion. Keywords
