Abstract
Disulfiram toxicity is a well‐recognized cause of peripheral neuropathy and encephalopathy, usually developing within a few months of the start of therapy. We describe a patient who insidiously developed a peripheral neuropathy and encephalopathy after thirty years of disulfiram ingestion. Both complications partially resolved after the medication was stopped. Keywords
