Partial villous atrophy in nutritional megaloblastic anaemia corrected by folic acid therapy

Abstract
A patient with megaloblastic anaemia due to nutritional folate deficiency is described. Partial villous atrophy and malabsorption of xylose showed progressive improvement to normal with folic acid therapy.Keywords
