To the Editor.— In the Archives (113:486-488, 1977), Wilkin described three patients with unilateral nevoid telangiectasia and reviewed 12 cases previously reported. Recently, we have had occasion to observe a case akin to those mentioned in that article. Report of a Case.— A 36-year-old woman has suffered since puberty from telangiectasia on the superior right limb, and that also involves the right shoulder, the right scapular area, and the right breast. The palm of the hand is affected. These lesions are strictly unilateral and do not go beyond the mediosternal line, nor behind the line of the spine. These telangiectasias, which fade away totally with vitropression, are asymptomatic. There is no similar history in her family. The lesions remained stable from puberty until the age of 36 years.
