Abstract
This paper reports on a study of the urinary nickel levels of 242 nickel refinery employees and 35 non-exposed controls designed to see whether there is any correlation of practical importance between urinary nickel excretion and dust exposure as indicated by personal monitoring. While a general trend of increased excretion relating to increased exposure was observed, there were considerable individual variations. Keywords
