Abstract

Direct

l

-type doubling transitions have been observed in

{Cl}^{35}

C^{12}

N^{14}

for

J = 17, 18, 19, and 23

. A formula has been constructed for the

l

-type doubling constant:

q = 7.467467 - 1.327 \times 10^{- 5} J (J + 1)

. The absolute value of the asymmetry parameter

η

was determined to be 0.0101±0.0004.
