Abstract
Cell-free extracts of miniature Escherichia coli cells deficient in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and DNA-dependent ribonucleic acid polymerase have been shown to be capable of polyuridylic acid-directed [14C]phenylalanine incorporation.Keywords
