Abstract
The complex Ru[η 3 -CH 2 C(Me)CH 2 ] 2 (Ph 2 PCH 2 CH 2 PPh 2 ) is an efficient catalyst precursor for the isomerisation of prop-2-yn-1-ols into conjugated enals under mild conditions in the presence of benzoic acid via (Z)-3-hydroxyprop-1-en-1-yl benzoates.Keywords
