Bilateraler Befall der weiblichen Brust durch ein malignes Lymphom vom lymphoblastischen Typ

Abstract
Bei drei Patientinnen wurde eine primäre bilaterale Manifestation eines malignen Lymphoms in der Brustdrüse beobachtet. Es handelte sich in allen Fällen um ein malignes Lymphom vom lymphoblastischen Typ mit hohem Malignitätsgrad. Zwei Patientinnen waren schwanger. Alle starben an dem generalisierten malignen Lymphom. Die Überlebenszeit zwischen Erst- bzw. Frühmanifestation in der Brustdrüse und dem Tod betrug 2-4 Monate. Primary bilateral malignant lymphoma of the breast was diagnosed in three women. All were of the lymphoblastic type of high malignancy. Two patients were pregnant and all died of generalised malignant lymphoma. Survival time between initial or early manifestation in the breast and death was two to four months.
