Abstract
C medium, a modification of Chalquest''s antigen media was used in preparing from agent 1853, an infectious-synovitis-derived pleuropneumonia-like organism, an antigen that was agglutinated by serum from birds exposed to infectious synovitis. The medium may also prove useful in primary isolation of Mycoplasma. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
