Abstract
A coincidence system is described that includes a fast diode bridge coincidence circuit of the type used by Neher. A discussion is given of the properties of such a system that are desired for its use in the detection of particles with a continuous energy spectrum. The adjustment and testing of the system for a given experiment are considered in detail. Finally, the performance of a proton telescope utilizing five fast coincidence channels is described. Keywords
