Abstract
Despite the serious shortage of human body parts for transplantation purposes, little research has been done to provide guidance for action. Based on sample data, this pilot study examines the demographic and attitudinal characteristics of potential donors. The results have direct relevance for programs to increase the supply of body parts. Keywords
