Abstract
1. A biliary metabolite of bucolome in rat was isolated and purified by column chromatography. 2. The metabolite has been identified as bucolome N3-glucuronide by chemical and spectroscopic data. 3. This study is the first to show an N-glucuronide to be the major metabolite of barbiturates in rat bile. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
