Abstract
Considerable concern has been expressed regarding the environmental effects of organotin compounds, particularly the effects of tributyltin compounds on mariculture and shellfish in general. This paper reports a programme under the aegis of the Bureau of Community Reference (BCR) with the ultimate aim of producing a tributlytin certified reference material. Details are given of an inter‐laboratory collaborative study currently underway amongst expert laboratories throughout the European Economic Community. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
