Abstract
The sensitivity of passive hemagglutination test in detecting 19S antibody formation and that of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis test in detecting 7S antibody formation were of the same order of magnitude on day 6 in the primary response and on day 4 in the secondary response. By using techniques of similar sensitivity to detect these classes of antibody, it appears that the injection of supernatant BGG inhibits the formation of gammaG antibody to a greater extent than the formation of gammaM antibody during the induction of partial unresponsiveness. This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
