Abstract
Unlike anti-Ro(SS-A) antibody positive subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE) patients, anti-Ro(SS-A) antibody positive lupus patients with Sjögren's syndrome (SS/LE) appear to have a more guarded prognosis. Our studies indicate these SS/LE patients have an increased frequency of pulmonary, neurological, and renal disease compared to SCLE patients. Keywords
