Memory switching in cadium-zinc-phosphate glasses

Abstract
Specimens of all compositions of the glasses showed memory switching in the range 10–35V. Electron-diffraction examination of the glass films shows that switching is associated with a local amorphouse-to-crystalline transition.Keywords
