Abstract
Species of the pycnogonid genus Tanystylum that occur south of 30° south latitude are reviewed. Two new species, T. antipodum from Stewart, Snares, Antipodes, and Campbell Islands and the south of the South Island of New Zealand, and T. hooperi from northern New South Wales :are described. T. oedinotum Loman is recorded from 'Macquarie Island for the first time. A key to the identificaotion of species recorded from the southern oce1ans is provided together with descriptions or diagnoses of the species involved. The distribution of the species is discussed. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
