Abstract
I.v. injection of BCG cell-wall skeleton showed potent activity in preventing induction of rabbit lung cancer by the intrabronchial instillation of chemical carcinogens. Thymectomized rabbits developed lung cancer at 80% incidence by instillation of carcinogens, compared to 47.2% in the controls.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
