Abstract
Two cases of chronic osteomyelitis in young patients are described. There is slight sclerotic reaction and absence of sequestra; very strong proliferation of unripe chondral tissue (as a conseguence of a reactive stimulation of epithelial cartilages and of eterotopic cartilage nodules). Neoplastic appearences were produced involving possibility of diagnostic errors. Keywords
