A Case of the Schönlein-Henoch Syndrome with Myocardial Necrosis

Abstract
A necropsy report of a boy, 11 yrs. old. Necrotizing arteriolitis was found in the gut. There was also myocardial necrosis with calcification which was ascribed to the antigen-antibody reaction affecting the myocardial arterioles and capillaries.
