Abstract
Presently used analytical methods for predicting the lightning performance of transmission lines and substations give satisfactory agreement between calculated and observed results. This paper reviews the models employed in a suite of lightning performance computer programs developed at the University of Queensland in the period 1966 to 1975.Keywords
