Abstract
Errors involved in the coincidence methods of measuring disintegration rates of radioactive sources are discussed and means to avoid or to evaluate them are given. The disintegration rate of Co60 gamma‐ray standard of the National Bureau of Standards is determined experimentally.Keywords
