Abstract
• A 24-year-old woman had Listeria rhombencephalitis. Progressive dysfunction of cranial nerves V through IX developed during a two-week period. Listeria monocytogenes subsequently grew in CSF, and the patient responded to antibiotic therapy.Keywords
