Abstract
A case [human] of miliary tuberculosis with symptoms and signs of an intracranial mass is reported. These were found to be multiple tuberculomas by computerized axial tomography (CT scan). The pathophysiologic features of intracranial tuberculomas were reviewed. The CT scan allows a rapid and sensitive diagnosis of intracranial tuberculosis without utilizing invasive neurodiagnostic techniques. The value of using CT scans following treatment was confirmed. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
