Abstract
Lupus erythematosus cells are found occasionally, usually in small numbers, in conditions other than systemic lupus erythematosus. The literature has been reviewed. Lupus erythematosus cells were found in three out of sixteen cases of systemic sclerosis. In one of these cases there was no other evidence of systemic lupus erythematosus; in the third case and possibly in the second, systemic lupus erythematosus and systemic sclerosis co-existed..Keywords
