Abstract
A study of 101 specimens of the leopardfrog, Rana pipiens Schreber, (61 from the vicinity of Oshkosh, Wis., and 40 from around Schriever, La.), showed that the ratios of the skeletal elements of the hind limb to each other and to total limb length were statistically different in no. and so. forms. The body length leg length ratio did not vary significantly between the 2 groups, nor did the jumping ability of no. frogs, as compared with so. frogs. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
