Abstract
Four symptoms of recruitment shown by preschool hearing-handicapped children were presented and discussed. These symptoms were the following: – 1. Low tolerance of loud sounds. 2. Delayed acceptance of wearable hearing aids. 3. High incidence of undesirable side effects associated with the use of wearable hearing aids. 4. Precise and quick determination of the Maximum-Acceptable-Loudness-Level.Keywords
