Abstract
For original paper see ibid., vol.17, p.769 (1984). A recent claim that particles in a static random potential display ballistic motion is shown to be erroneous. The error leading to this result is pointed out. The method used in averaging over static disorder is discussed and is shown to lead to the correct physical results, when implemented correctly. Keywords
