Abstract
Wir sind mit Bailey der Auffassung, daß es oft außerordentlich schwierig ist, differentialdiagnostische Schlüsse aus einer Verkalkung zu ziehen. In vielen Fällen wird die Artdiagnose erst unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgeschichte und des klinischen Befundes möglich. With Bailey we think it is often very difficult to establish the differential diagnosis from calcifications. In most cases the true diagnosis is only possible with considerations of the past history and the clinical picture. L'auteur pense comme Bailey, qu'il est souvent extrêmement difficile de préciser le diagnostic différentiel d'une calcification. Dans la plupart des cas le diagnostic n'est possible qu'en tenant compte de l'anamnèse et des données cliniques. El autor opina con Bailey que con frecuencia resulta extraordinariamente difícil plantear el diagnóstico diferencial de una calcificación. En la mayoría de los casos el diagnóstico etiológico sólo es posible teniendo en cuenta los antecedentes y el hallazgo clínico correspondiente.
